Great tutorial. Really liked the song and the form how it was produced. Eyal did a great job breaking down his complex composition in pieces and demonstrating how to work vocal phrasing, counterpoint and doubling to accomplish an amazing result. Hopefully macprovideo will bring up more material similar to this one.

This is good stuff. Having been in the business of making records for 40 years I think that this vid is really mostly a reminder of what I have done via experimentation in studios and at home for years. For a new generation of computer bound music makers this is probably a must see! The production values are excellent!!

Great, easy learning material, and a special song, to represent different techniques when arranging vocals, but these can be applied to any "lead" instruments also. Very fun song, and the video production is top notch and entertaining. Dear MPV, we want more on this production topics!

Some great ideas here and I am going to be looking for places in my work that I can use some of Eyal's ideas and techniques. I think I'll find the lessons on doubling especially useful. My issue with this tutorial is that it leaves out one very big issue with vocal production, and that is mic choice and placement.
