Mo Volans

Really nice set of tutorial about something that has mystified me since buying NI Komplete 7. Mr. Volans does a great job of building on each successive tutorial and by the end I had a way better understanding of how this synth works. If you have Massive you really need this.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME!!!! TUTORIAL!!! I have been literally begging for something like this to be released on macprovideo since i have been a member.. Thank the lord, rather, thank you Mo!! Very thorough tutorial it covers alot of the bases and it is great for someone who was initially afraid of this program (like me). Now, hopefully Mo can do a tutorial for razor too! Well razor is pretty simple but still it is always good to learn new things.

Interesting tutorial! Have been using Reason for like one year now, but didn't really got into all the options of Dr. Octorex yet. This tutorial is useful for beginners and semi-pro's as well. If you want to get more out of Reason you should watch this one. It shows all the features in it's most creative way. Also the explanation in the tutorial is nice and simple. Considering in buying new tutorials already!

Very good tutorial! I watched AskVideos similar one before but for us wanna-be-pros this one is more thorough and gives a better understanding of mastering. This tutorial not only gives tutorial in Reason but Mastering as a whole. I mastered a song and following Mo Volans tips on macProVideo and it made a big difference. Thank you! Great tutorial! Even though Reason 6 is brand new, Mo seems to have already mastered everything about it. Excellent demonstration of all the new mixing capabilities. Particularly helpful for me because I find Reason's rack configurations complicated. Loved everything about it, even down to Mo's awesome accent!

Very good tutorials. Although I would of preferred some more examples of the effects in action during a track build, it clearly answers any doubts and does what it says on the tin.. Well done again for another great one!!

Mo does an excellent job breaking down the instrument and explaining every section so that it's easily understood. I had imagined KONG as an MPC type of instrument and Mo has shown that it can be more versatile than I ever imagined. If drum pads are your thing, get this tutorial.

This tutorial has taken the mystery out of what Dr Octorex is and how it is different than Dr Rex. Not only does the video provide a great breakdown of all parts of the Octorex, it has inspired me to try some different things with loops. Nice tutorial. Well done.

Kong is full of features, but it is a simple and logic device. anyway, this tutorial explain all that you need and covers every aspect of the unit. complete!

I've been using Reason a long time and I thought I knew pretty much all there was to know about the sampling units in reason. I was definitely wrong. Good video, shows all you need to know about the new live sampling features and showed me some of the old stuff I never knew. I do wish they'd gone a bit deeper into sample manipulation but I'm sure that will be covered in the future.

Now this is a really worthwhile video. Looking at kong for the first time can be quite daunting, but everything is explained and not a single thing overlooked. I was a bit suspicious of Kong at first because I realised that there was no step sequencer which is something I know and love on the Redrum unit. Problem solved, watch this video. I'm looking very forward to more tutorials on other synths. thanks
