Last two videos did not download to my iPhone...
The download to my iPhone did not download the last 2 videos.
AND there is no way to activate the download. There are only 3 possibilities, Library, Forum and Support but nothing else to reload the missing videos!
Could someone look into this asap as I would like to download the last 2 videos of the Ultrabeat Unleashed tutorial asap.

Hi studio673

I'm testing this out now... but it may take me a little time to download the entire tut to my iPhone and check that videos 34 and 35 are ok.

There is a 'Check for downloads' button above the buttons for Library | Forum | Support in NEDi.

Please click on that. Any videos shown in red should begin to (re-)/download.

Please make sure you have enough space on your iPhone.

Until we've checked this out, as a download purchaser of Ultrabeat Unleashed, you have special access to stream the entire tutorial through our online NEDweb player (on this website). So, if you wish you view the last 2 videos soon you can do so.

Other than that, you should be able to download the entire UB Unleashed tutorial to NED on your Mac.

Do contact our Support team to let them know too please:

Hi

I just finished downloading Ultrabeat Unleashed to my my iPhone using NEDi 2. I AM able to download all the videos and have played the last two videos to double-check and they run fine.

Please do let me know if any of my earlier suggestions help. If not, please do contact support with information about your iPhone OS version.

Thanks
Rounik

Thanks Rounik.

I deleted and retried to download the tutorial on my iPhone again to no avail. It got to the last 2 and failed again. They are now in black as if they were successfully downloaded.
I have been able to download all videos on my iMac without issue. But that's not the point. I am going down to the coast and would have liked to have all my videos on the iPhone - I can't get wifi down there to stream.
I have attached 2 images FYI.

I have also reported this to support - could you please point them to the pics.
thanks in advance

That's very odd the videos don't appear in red but are showing 0kb instead.

What version iPhone OS are you running?

Do you definitely have enough free space on your iPhone?
(Plug in your iPhone to the USB port on your iMac, launch iTunes and click on the icon of your iPhone. You should now see a bar diagram showing available space.

Please let me know.

I'll definitely let our Support Team know about this thread and we'll do our best to help you solve this issue.

If we can help by way of the Logic forums do pop by:

I forgot to write this before. I have 4.6gb left on my iPhone.

From reading the Forums it seems this is not the first time this has happened.

The last two videos did not seem to be uploaded correctly, the issue is fixed now.

Unfortunatally it looks like you will have to delete the tutorial again and redownload. I'll get a individual video deleting system up as soon as possible.

So, this is costing me a lot more than the price of a tutorial! It seems as if I have to download the iMac version as well?

Obviously not good enough considering it is your issue not mine.

cheers

When will the individual delete for iPhone tutorials be available. I have watched 20 out of the 130 in the Cubase 101 tutorial and have found that the 20th freezes midway through it. I don't have the option of deleting and redownloading the 20th instalment of the tutorial.
