unable to download it's just hanging not moving to load

I've had the same problem for over a week (mostly on the Art of Recording videos). I submitted a request for support, but that has gone unanswered for about a week now. Is there anything I should do to get some help on this?

if your using two different accounts on your pc try loggin into the other account and then downloading the file.
