Live 8 - cannot authorize Suite packs

I installed 'Live 8 Suite upgrade from Live 7 Suite' .
When I run Live 8, none of the suite packs (operator, sampler, electric, tension, analog, drum machines, session drums) appear under instruments in the browser. Using one of the 3 file browser icons, I can locate the presets folder and see these packs, but they are empty.

Yet, preferences/library tab shows these packs.
In despiration, I have wiped out all of Live files from my Mac and reinstalled everything (in order) from Live 6, through 8.04 and still can't access the packs.
Live's web site has a page that allows me to re-authorize the versions I have bought; there is a radio button on that page next to Live 8, but there is no way to select the suite content to re-authorize.
If I run Live 7, I still have access to these packs.
Ableton support has not responded.

Well, Ableton called back. They updated the web page with my purchases (and added the radio button so I could select it). I re-authorized the suite stuff :) and all is good.
