Ableton tutorial for when performing Live

I use both Logic and Ableton for composing purposes. But I would love to see an Ableton tutorial on how to use it for performing a set.

It would be nice how to suggest to move from one DAW like Logic where you have composed your songs, to importing the tracks into Ableton and arranging them for a live set.

Questions that I aways wonder are:

1. The best way to work with tracks with multiple tempos in Live

2. What you need to export from your DAW and import into Live. Is it best to export drums, bass, synths and vocals all separately and import into live. Or is it better (safer) to work with a stereo mixed file instead of different stems.

This would help a lot. As in my situation I have just started a band. We have written and composed all our tracks in Logic. And now I am wondering what the best way is to export the tracks from Logic, and the best way to arrange them in Live for a live context of a set between 45min to an hour.

Otherwise great work on the tutorials. I am loving the Logic and Live tuts!
