Unable to download new vids!

Hiya,

I am unable to download new videos for Live TNT for a few weeks now... It stays hanging on downloading the second video out of for, both on my iMac and MacBook. Can you fix this please?!

They'll be able to help you out on this better - though in the meantime you might want to try:

Deleting the NED pref's file:
Your User / Library / Preferences / com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist

if that doesn't solve the issue try:

manually removing the entire tutorial, quitting NED and then redownloading the TNT from scratch
