Clip Start Help

i have a track set to start about 2 mins into the track, but it starts half way throo a word... how do i set it so it comes in 2 beats early but keeps in line with the 4 bars?

can u set it to come in before the 1.1.1??

or can anyone tell me which tutorial this info is in please

If I understand you correctly, you just need to open the clip view and place the marker flag at the point where you want to play from, then set the clip launch quantize to half a bar/2 beats so the clip doesn't start 2 beats out from where you want it to. Hope this helps
