Hello Xperts,
I have a problem with my VF11 Vocoder linking it to my Nord Lead Keyboard via an Envoice Preamp and into Cubase 5, with a PC. I can sort of get the sounds described in the Manual, but they sound very rough. Can anyone tell me the best way to route them together? I would be very much obliged to you if you can. Thank you so very much in advance and have a great day. Cheers. Sixer.

Hi Sixer,

Welcome to the forums.

Cubase is actually one audio application I don't consider myself an expert in - and especially not on the PC platform :(

How have you set up your VF11 Vocoder and MIDI keyboard to your PC and Cubase?

What do you mean the sounds... sound very rough?

Thanks
Rounik

Nord Lead is MIDI linked to via M-Audio 10/10 LT Soundcard to the PC. Nord Lead is also linked to VF11 via Line Synth In. Mic is linked to Envoice Pre Amp, Mic Out of Envoice is linked to the VF11, Analyse In. VF11 Out is linked to M-Audio Soundcard. When I say I get the sounds described in the manual but they are very rough; I mean that there is a lot of interference on the signal. It sounds like it is all going thru a crappy $10 amplifier that has seen better days. Sorry if this seems a little complicated to read and to understand. I set it up and I wrote it and it looks like Greek to me ha ha. I appreciate your help. Cheers. Sixer.
