Hi,

I've just purchased the Cubase Midi ipad App. Looks good - a lot of detail.

However there seems to be a problem - the ipad volume control (speaker with the volume bar below it) is right in the middle of the screen and can't be removed. I've many apps, this is the only one with that error. I also rebooted the ipad and the error still occurs.

Any chance of a fix?

Hi David,

Maybe drop Steinberg a request for them to fix the Volume bar issue.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for the seriously quick reply - appreciated. However I'm a bit confused - this isn't an issue with Cubase, but with the app itself. The app has invoked the Apple volume control to stay in the foreground (i.e. in front of the MacProVideo presentation). Is the App put together by Cubase?

Hi David,

Sorry I misread your mail. I didnt see it was the iPad Volume control.

That is very strange. Have you checked through the Cubase settings and seen if there is maybe somewhere their to change the settings?

Thanks again Gary.

Cubase isn't the issue - the app is an iPad app, Cubase doesn't run on an iPad, only on Mac / PC.

Maybe if you tried running the app on an iPad you'd see for yourself?

I appreciate your help with this by the way...
