Im trying to use garageband as an amp simulator, Everything is okay but where the "Real Instrument" section is there's no "Guitar" so i cant get any Presets or change the amp or anything. All that there is:
Acoustic Guitar
Band Instruments
Bass
Drums
Effects
Podcasting
Vocals

I was following this : http://www.ehow.com/video_2372706_amplifier-simulation_-garageband-tutorial.html

Thanks, Jack

Hello Jack,

What version of Garageband are you using? The video you watched is for a very early version. A more up to date video (for the current version) can be found here:

Highly recommend it!

You should have "Guitars" in the list for "real instrument". Again if you are running the latest version make sure you've installed the complete Garageband from the iLife disc.

Under the Browse tab (in the Track Info area) make sure you have "Show All" selected...

Otherwise in the Track Info area, click on the Edit tab.

Click on an empty grey effects slots choose "Amp Simulation" and choose presets from there...

Hope this helps
Rounik
