Key command prg change

Hi Guys is it possible to asign a key command to control program change in the inspector i.e increase decrease program numbers rather than use the mouse.

Do a search for "Next Plug-in setting" and "Previous Plug-in setting" in the Key Commands window and assign them a KC.

sorry i mean prg change for external synths. i just want to use a KC to change prg number in the inspector for the external synth or to scroll through the prog list forwards or backwards to select the number i want.
