fixed velocity in maschine mikro

i accidentally turned on fixed velocity on the mikro and i don't know how to turn it off....all of my pads are playing at their loudest regardless of how hard i hit them...

i found the fixed veloity page on the mikro but am still stuck

any help greatly appreciated - i have a project due in the morning!!!
