Pro tools 101

Can someone please tell me if the video is relevant to version 9 as most of the chapters refer to version 8. Scott only mentions what is new in version 9 in Section one. As I'm new to Pro Tools 9 I'm not sure if this tutorial covers everything I need to know about version 9 or not. Could someone please clarify?

Yup. It's all relevant. Scott carefully went through and added videos as necessary for any changes between versions 8 and 9. Otherwise the two versions behave the same way.
