Voiceover/Program Ratio Too High

Hi,

I just watched Rich Tozzoli's Mixing Toolbox video and I find that Rich's voice is covering pretty much all the tweaking he does to the session thus beeing annoying and frustrating at the same time.

Am I alone in that case ? Is it possible to correct this ?
