i copied the reason folder to the application folder and then open reason from the hard disk with the burned dvd in .. then also my orkester.rfl files is not getting copied .. please help me out...

Hi

So you can't drag the orkester.rfl from the DVD to your hard disk? That's odd. What exactly happens?

Have you tried contacting PropellorHeads Support?

hi !!
first i actually burned the image file into a dvd.. then i put the dvd inside .. i copied reason folder to the application folder .. in the application folder i open the reason file.. it asked for my password.. then it asked for the agreement .. i agreed.. then a dialogue box comes sayin" orkester.rfl cannot be copied or the file is locked"... what to do !!!!!!
i tried manually copyin the refills to the hard disk.. after copyin it i put the dvd... the dvd is gettin ejected automatically .. and a dialogue box appears "please insert reason dvd"...
...!!!

Hi

I'm not that familiar with Reason - but my guess is that you need to insert the original DVD/CD into the drive and not a burned copy.

Perhaps this is for copy protection purposes?
