combinator video - where´s the refill?

Hi,
I've just bought and downloaded the Reason combinator videos. Video 2 is about installing the refill that is supposed to come with the videos but where do I find this refill? Do I have to download it anywhere additionally? If so, where?

You can find the resource file for each tutorial by logging in to macProVideo.com and then navigating to that tutorial's page... for Combinator:

Below the "Status" and "Release Date" you'll find a link to the project files.
