corrupted format

when I transfer a reason song from one computer( Reason 3) to another(Reason 3 or 5) i get the message format corrupted.
Song opens correctly in original computer.
any ideas how to get round this prob as i need to transfer the song onto my faster machine to carry on working. both machines are pc's

Hmmm... have you tried transferring a different song - to check it's not an issue with this particular file?
