with my when girlfriend now wife and a miniDV camcorder set to 32khz or horror. Now nearly 10 years later I have decided to cut my 7 hours of video down to a watcherble video and burn it to a DVD. I have done my editing i Final Cut Pro and are now using Soundtrack pro to remove unwanted noise and normalizing audio. It is however a very slow process. Is that do to the 32khz I recorded the file in? My Machine is a Dual Dualcore Mac Pro with 12GB of memory and a 1TB mediadrive.

Hi JBliddal,

I have never worked with audio at 32khz. If possible try converting it to 48khz and then editing it in STP.

:)
