Hi, I am having trouble with this download 9 volts demo's.They have demo's to try but I can't seem to understand what going on? I can see it in the Suites column but it doesn't show up in the Elements column.This is what tech support told me to try:But I don't understand what he means:As a last resort, try getting SAGE Converter 1.5 by downloading the 1.5.1 RMX Package from the Legacy area of your user account and then installing ONLY the SAGE Converter.I have downloaded 1.5.1 What does it mean only the SAGE Converter?

Hi hamaric,

The Sage Converter is a separate application that's used to convert certain file types into RMX compatible kits/elements.

You should find it in your Applications folder after you download the RMX 1.5.1 and choosing custom install from the options.

Then try converting the 9Volt demo using Sage Converter.
