'Keywords' in Aperture tutorial

I might just be blind or stupid (or both) but I can't find any information about managing Keywords in the Aperture Tutorial.

Can you please advise where this can be found within the tutorial?

Nope, you're not blind. Advanced metadata features such as keyword management will be covered in detail in the second Aperture 2 tutorial "Aperture 201: Deeper into Aperture", which is currently in the works. Aperture 2 has become such a large application now, that not everything can be put into one 101 level video. And therefore only basic metadata/keyword entry and viewing was covered.
