Hi Edgy,
If you would like to consolidate your Libraries, the best way to do so is to export projects to your desktop from the libraries that you will no longer be using. This will ensure all of your metadata, adjustments and further image organization into albums etc. are preserved. Then load the Library that you are going to keep, ensure none of your projects that you are about to import have the same name as existing projects in that particular library. Ensure your Keywords HUD is unlocked, then simply select File>Import>Projects, navigate to where they are (Desktop) and select Import. Aperture will place them in alphabetical order automatically. If you don't like how they are organized you can create organizational folders at the Library level then click and drag corresponding projects into them or rename every project so they appear in an order you like. Remember, clicking the new All Projects icon below the Library icon will display every project you have in either ascending or descending date order, a handy new feature so you don't drive yourself crazy with an elaborate project naming scheme. This feature is really handy for finding a particular group of images without having to click on every project individually.

This Export/Import Project process may be a bit slow and time consuming but it's the best way to ensure everything you've already done in other Libraries is preserved.

Good luck,
Alex
