- aperture file questions

Here is my problem...i have been using a2 for both of it's functions..organization and adjustments...love the ease, etc.
I submit images to photo stock agencies that want at least a 4mb file for their use.
Looking for an easy workflow to do this and achieve quality.
I use the a2 external editor to go to cs4 and my choices are tiff, tiff 16bit,psd,psd16bit.
when choosing tiff, i can go to ps4 and increase the resolution using image-image size
then go to file-save as for the jpeg format the stock agency wants.
using tiff can save to jpeg
using psd format pshoppe will not allow to be saved as a jpeg.
is there a better workflow that someone has masterminded to accomplish my task using aperture to keep track of the images both raw, versions and the jpegs for stock use.
I am aware of the degradation of jpeg, but that is what the stock agencies want.
Thanks for anyone's help..i have had a few sleepless nights trying to figure this out.
