I have minimal training with PS CS4. I would like to know if it is possible to enhance very poor quality video (actually it's cctv "footage").

Hi Cisco,

It's difficult to know what to suggest without seeing the image... (I'm not suggesting you post these possibly sensitive images online!)

Filters to consider would be 'Sharpen' and any of the color correction tools...
