Is there a date going to be set? It's becuase I downloaded a trail versionof photoshop which is soon to run out and I wouldn't mind testing out the skills I'd learn in the tutorials.

I don't have a confirmed date.. but I do know it's towards the end of production.

So I prepaid for the CS5 Flash and Dreamweaver Tutorials and expected them May, 14th 2010? Pretty big gaffe considering my gift that came with CS5 was a free trial subscription with a competitor's tutorial web site.

I'm still with you guys and waiting, an explanation or a date is requested?

We would have loved nothing better than to be able to release the CS5 tutorials earlier... as it is, I understand the tutorials are in different stages of production but are getting much closer to release.

I just downloaded the NEDi 2.0 app. Very cool! I have a project on hold waiting for these tutorials (my excuse) and I was feeling a little antsy!

I had contacted support, this was their answer:

"Unfortunately, I do not have an official release date for now. Please stay tuned to our newsletter for more info.

Kind regards"

I suppose I can be patient if it means a better tutorial.

Cool. I love NEDi2 as well... If you have an iPad did you know you can log-in to macprovideo.com in Safari on the iPad and watch video tutorials using the online NEDweb player?

Of course I'm biased... but really, it works so nicely! Kudos to our developers for getting such a cool system together.

Then, there's NEDpad to look forward to as well!

Sorry again for the delay... and we Really do appreciate your patience. All I know is that we are working hard on getting these tutorials onto everyone's screens as soon as possible. This is of course the ideal situation for all!

Hey everybody, I am working hard on rerecording the Core 101 set for Photoshop CS5. They should be available by the end of June. I apologize for the delay but I have been very busy with several other time-critical broadcast and publishing projects.

Bear in mind that the Core 101 set is designed for beginners. If you have seen the CS4 set then the biggest change is the interface. Some lessons will be simplified and others will be included in future training instead.

I intend to create a lot more advanced training over the next several months targeting specific markets and tools.

I have a few more lessons to record. The production folks are already prepping tutorials for distribution. Real soon now.

If you're in a bug rush, the CS4 tutorials can get you started with Photoshop. For beginners, the biggest difference between versions is the interface. It's in the new features and the more advanced techniques that you'll find the biggest changes.

Are you suggesting I buy an older, out of date, tutorial because it is a lot of work for you guys to finish the new tutorial I have already paid for?

From a marketing/PR point of view your suggestion is, while honest and informative, a big booboo. You should be required to sit in the corner AFTER YOU FINISH Core CS5! :-)
