How useful is "Photoshop CS4 101 - Core Photoshop CS4" by Jim Kanter to someone trying to learn PhotoShop Elements 6 on the Mac? It seems like much of the tools are the same.

Many of the tools are the same but the interfaces and workflows are very different. One of the reasons I teach how a tool works is to allow you to know how to use it when you encounter it in other apps.
