where can i get a free trial for my g-5 power pc

student in house needs photo shop, graphic arts guy at work says ...."download the free 30 day trial" did so, but my mac tower hasnt an intel processer so the latest version wont run...is there a free trial version somewhere that would run on my system?

Do you NEED Photoshop... or could you do with Gimp (free) or Pixelmator (much cheaper!)

For example, Gimp can open a PSD if it's colour profile is RGB. However, Gimp may lose text info, layers blending and some other features.
