Supporting materials

Hey, sorry if this is a "duh" question, but where are the supporting materials for the tutorials? I'm using my subscription and watching the Photoshop Lighting effects tutorials, and he's saying I can open the file he's working on, and then tells me to turn off a layer. I can't seem to find where I can download this supporting file. Is this a feature only available if I download the tutorial, or can I as a subscription user download it somewhere too?
