Setting print size

I am unable to work out how to set an exact print size. When I go to select print size and change the scale or the length and width, it just ignores me and prints the pre-set size every time. I am printing on A3+ paper with EasyPhotoPrint pro.

Are you changing the document info (size/resolution) in the IMAGE > IMAGE SIZE menu before attempting to print?
