Hey Shaun!

Thanks for all your help in the forums! The only details/expectations I can send along are to contribute in a helpful and friendly way to the forums (which i see you doing all the time ... :) ...).

Specifically though, we are looking for individuals with broad software expertise, and not specifically Logic ... it's our other forums (Final Cut Studio, Photoshop, etc.) that we are really looking to build at the moment ...

Thanks Shaun!

Love the product. Would like to see more of a dvd on vocals in relationship to recording, compression and getting the sound into logic and bringing it out in the mix. David Isaac was very good. Would like to see and hear more of him. Would be nice to hear him on this subject matter in the mastering process.
Keep up the good work.

Hi Guys,

I'm just wondering if you guys are still after moderators?

Any particular areas still needed or info regarding what kind of input you're after... that kind of thing?

Regards,

John

Hi Martin,
I have been laying back, spending most of my time watching all of the tutorials and applying the knowledge gained. My goodness! An amazing amount of the best content and the most helpful forum on the web, period!! I am so impressed with your team and I would love to contribute. For now, I will follow your instructions and get my chops up to speed with the other applications (I have pretty much all of them).
In closing, to all administrators, trainers and moderators; I have no idea how you balance all of your personal projects along with maintaining the best site on the web. I mean, do you guys sleep? Absolutely outstanding work from everyone!! I hope to get to your respective levels soon.

Cheers,
Steve

Hey Rounik!
I was aware of the blog and I have read all of the material posted to date. I love all of it, especially the pro tools vs Logic bits. Like I said, I've been lurking in the shadows for some time now and its about time to start popping my head out. LOL
I'm a firm believer that timing is crucial in, well, almost everything so I have been careful not to speak out of place. I was hoping to send you a personal message but that function seems to not be working at the moment. I posted that issue in what I hope is a more appropriate thread. You can find it in the "general" category.

Cheers,
Steve

Thanks Steve!

Please do feel comfortable here to say and express your software based thoughts freely ;-)

Good point about the private messaging system not working... There's just so many cool things in the works right now, the PM feature is on our radar... but it's not yet top priority :)

If you have any requests on short topics to be covered as a Blog Tip, I'm all ears.

@ Martin:

Yes... and almost identical first lines too. :)

Im sure I could find more info if I tried, but what I am really interested in at the moment is learning more about you guys as individuals. Let's face it, 95% of the people come here for the material (as it should be). However, I would like to know how you all got to be where you are. There are several ways to skin a cat and I think it would be interesting to perhaps get some bios for the staff at macProVideo.com. What you guys are doing is what most of the people here aspire to be and I'm sure there are some awesome stories to be told. I bet it would be encouraging to all and, who knows, it may inspire people to dig in deeper and make the site even more popular than it already is!

Just my thoughts at this precise moment in time:-)

Thanks guys, Fact is, You love it, You do it well.

If these forums weren't here when I needed them, I wouldn't be as far as I am. It is a blessing to have access to people and help. Even just a simple thing makes life easier.

Martin, Your pretty good at this stuff. Just in case no one ever told you that.

Rounik, I'll bet you dream your blog posts up in your sleep. Otherwise, you're the busiest blogger, moderator, trainer teacher, bus driver and shoe maker I know.

I added the bus driver shoe maker. I know your brain surgeon in real life.
