Videos 62 & 63 Brings up the following message and will not stream:

Video 66 is stuck on buffering and will not complete.

The first two post on this thread actually refer to Soundtrack Pro and not Soundbooth. But I have just noticed that Chapter 28 in Soundbooth is not streaming. You just get stuck with the Quicktime Logo and no video.
