subscription problem

Hi,
I try to subscribe the pro20 Plan.
I choose "other"or "-----" in state/province field.
When I click " subscribe now", I obtain this message:
"There's an error with this transaction. Please enter your state in the billing address".
There's no state or province in Italy.
I'm missing something or you must simplify the subscription procedure for the rest of the world?

Welcome to the forums!

Until you receive a reply from our Support Team I would try leaving the 'State/province' field... no need to choose 'Other'... just choose nothing :)

That should work fine for anyone outside the US. Does that help?

Ok,I have resolved with paypal payment.
With paypal no need to enter billing informations.
