Subscription Tutorials Not Playing

I was watching the Photoshop CS3 tutorials (I have a subscription service, so I Launch Player and watch that way). After about 6 videos into the course, it quit playing, and I cannot get any, even other tutorials, to play. The player icon in the center of the video shows a question mark when I hit play.

Please help (I've got to learn Photoshop!).
