I need a new computer is this a good deal

I do not deal with hardware so I need a warranty vs having a friend build on for the cost of parts I don not think 64 bit is not ready for prime time so i am stuck with 4GB
the box+ Monitor is $1216 plus $139 onsite warranty this is a tigerdirect built to order upgraded to the max
my only concern is the cpu on the viideo card is only 805 mhz and cs5 uses the graphic card cpu instead of thee main cpu
