How about some more general recording courses? I would definately pay for a course on EQ'ing, using reverb and compression. Not just "and here I added some reverb and compression". Give me some theory too, not just the how but the why. The mixing pop for pro tools course and the mastering course touch lightly on these subjects but you could easily do a whole course examining just how to EQ professionally.

Also...

Recording and mixing vocals
Building drum tracks with virtual kits and audio loops (101)
Basic synthesis theory (101)

We will be adding more titles to the Studio & Recording Techniques genre throughout the fall which will cover studio set up and recording related topics. This is not directly related to any particular application but will show you how to properly set up your hardware.

I don't have much details at the moment but it sounds really cool.

I would love a tutorial for composing and songwriting (with cubase) with the following contents:

Harmonics
Arrangement
Instruments and Sounds
Songparts
Loops
Mixing
Mastering
Writing a song from the scratch (2 or 3 different examples)
