Lock next to downloaded videos in my library

NED -

In my library there is a lock symbol next to two videos which I purchased for download, and I am unable to download these videos. What do I have to do to "unlock" them?

Hi,

Which version of NED are you using?

Double click on the tutorial which is padlocked. A message:

"Tutorial is not authorised. Go to Downloads & Admin and enable the tutorial."

If you follow these steps then the padlock will disappear.
