I have an ongoing monthly subscription but there's allways trouble with the videos. I have an almost new iMac with snowleopard, safari (and firefox), and a good broadband connection, and never any problem watching other online streaming videos.

Hoping that someone here have been in a similar sitution and can tell me what to do.

Sincerely,

Thomas

Hello Thomas,

What is the problem? That videos appear with a black screen? Do you hear audio at all? Is there a Quicktime Question mark on the screen?

Also, what version of OSX and Quicktime do you have?

Have you contacted out Support team:
http://www.macprovideo.com/support/
they're a friendly bunch and will be able to help you with technical stuff more quickly than via the forums :)

Thanks
Rounik

Hi Rounik,

it's the QuickTime logo (no question mark) that show, when the video doesn't work.

My OSX version is 10.6.4, and it's QuickTime version 10.0 (114).

Yes, I've tried several times this week to contact the support team, but no answer. Could you inform them, please?

Thanks =)

Hi Thomas,

Thanks for the reply. I've been in the Support area this week... and there are no tickets unanswered... could you please check that any email from macprovideo.com support has not been directed to your spam or junk mail box.

I'll also directly our team to this post.

Thanks for your patience,
Rounik

Thank you, Rounik!

Yes there was two email from macprovideo in my junkmail, but they where about our conversation here on the forum. I'd checked back 'till 10/08/18, but no reply from the support.

What should I do now?

Ok, thanks, I'd send a new ticket as you suggested, and the number is: MPV-100826-07219

I hope the communication is restored, and that somebody confirms this?

Best Regards,

Thomas
