I have moved computers but NED wont authorise.
Home say NED not connected to internet yet I surely am.
Please Help.
Log in Page wont activate.

Could you tell us a bit more about your Mac system version... quicktime version and whether you are using any Firewall or internet security such as Little Snitch?

How many machines do you already have authorised for NED?

Also, best to contact us directly via Support for technical issue as we can then check your account from our end much more easily.
