NED 3.2.2 Not converting

I installed the latest version of Ned, but it is not converting the videos when I select them, it just hangs on the first video. Any ideas as to how to make it work?

We'd need more info on your system (OSX version, Quicktime version, etc) and which tutorial(s) NED 3.2.2 is hanging on.
