Anyone els having a problem watching their PURCHASED Tutorials?

I have been a customer of MPV for 3 years..... every since LOGIC 7.... I own every LOGIC training video in the catalog...... But now.... doesn't recognize me. Every time I click on a tutorial to watch.... I get a message..... Tutorial not authorized.... go to the DL & Admin section and enable tutorial ..... I go there.... but there is nothing there.... It worked just fine up until a few weeks ago when MPV started really pushing the subscription based business model..... They also raised the purchase price on all new tutorials.... probably to entice people to join in the subscription base...... Well that kinda pisses me off a little....... I have spent hundreds of dollars on these videos.... I want them to work..... Im not going to subscribe.... because I already own every video.... doesn't make sense to subscribe for the same content.....

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues playing back your download tutorials using NED. This has nothing whatsoever to do with the subscription based service we offer. This is a known issue with NED 3.2.2 that our programmers are working hard to fix.

I understand that you must be frustrated, but you will get a better solution by posting in the correct forum (NED for Mac) and even better one (we hope) by contacting our Support Team:

In the meantime, please download NED 2 from here:
http://www.macprovideo.com/MPV/NED_2-Mac.zip

or use NED 3.2.1 (if you kept it before updating to the latest version) and you should then be able to access all your tutorials again.
