Ned 1.1 crashes - update

Today I bought a Tutorial .Started up NED ,pressed update and NED crashes ,everytime ,tried 6 times help ?

Also, which tutorial did you purchase?

I'd really recommend contacting our Support team directly.

Deleted Ned preferences ,still crashed

Hmmm.. sounds like a job for the Support team. Do let them the know the version of Quicktime you are using.
