Tutorials not downloading

Hey all

I just bought a new Mac and want to download all my tutorials again. I've downloaded N.E.D. and the tutorials are sitting there but won't download.

Am I missing something really simple here? Why can't I download them?

I'm not sure on the actual issue here...

Have you downloaded the latest version of NED?

Do you have the latest version of Quicktime?
Just to confirm when you start NED and go to the Admin and Downloads area your purchased tutorials visible in NED but not downloading?

I'd recommend contacting Support directly to help you get up and running asap.
