Download, NED Logic Express stuck

I began downloading Logic Express NED, but the bar isn't moving and it is stuck on 1 of 210 (for over an hour). Don't know what to do. I'd rally appreciate some help. Thanks in advance.

Please check that your internet connection is working ok... I'm not sure what else to suggest as it's working fine here.
