I can't locate my downloaded tutorial

I can't find my tutorial, it's possible it got deleted while is was clearing space on the hard drive, or maybe it's because I've installed snow leopard.
The N.E.D. window says MAINSTAGE 2 101 Core Mainstage 2, but it will not respond in any way. The options are Download pause or cancel but non of them respond.

Please advise, do I need to re download the tutorial and if so how, do I need to do anything to make it work with snow leopard?

Hi Pete,

NED works great with Snow Leopard. Make sure you have the latest version of NED:

If you have deleted the tutorials by mistake then try the following:

- Quit NED

- Go to the following location and move this file to your desktop:
Your User / Library / Preferences / com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist

- Launch NED

- Enter your username and password

- In Downloads & Admin click on the 'download' button.

If it's still not working we can try to re-download the file (incase you mistakenly deleted a part of it).

- Quit NED

- Go to: Documents/NED folder

- find and delete the Mainstage2101 file

- Launch NED

- Enter your username and password if requested.

- In Downloads & Admin make sure the Mainstage 2 101 tutorial is enabled (ticked)

- Click on the 'download' button.
NED will begin downloading the tutorial.
