Hello Just B,

I assume you mean in NEDweb (the online player) and not NED for Mac??

Works fine here... If this is about NEDweb, can you list your Browser and Mac specs and versino of Quicktime which videos you've tried?

Can you also clear the cache in your browser, log-out and log back in.

It should work fine.

Hope this helps,
Rounik

Hello Just B and Mehdi,

Excuse the late response, I've not been around the forums.

I should have mentioned in my first reply that for technical issues like this it's better to contact our Support Team:
http://www.macprovideo.com/support/ who will be able to give you accurate advice on how to solve technical issues.

Please include info such as the spec of your Mac and the exact versions of Quicktime, Safari, etc.

Best
Rounik

same problem here, no replies in my spam folder either after making a ticket. and after 24 hours.

I'm perplexed, all the money used to make these great videos, but no customer support, and a really broken system? one which just in the end throttles the amount of vids one can watch? at one point I got a "you've accessed too many times" as well. ouch.
