FCP 6 update with NED problematic

I downloaded the recent FCP 6 update with NED and when I opened it all my old videos read as 00:00 and don't play whle the one video update which was 94. Creating Split Edits is visible and plays. Its as if my old video links were broken in the download process. I've deleted NED.plist to be sure but that sitll hasn't resolved my issue.
The Show Packages Content lists the videos with their proper sizes as with the FCP 6 file size but they just won't open even in QT!
I anyone knows of this or has experienced this, please let us all know.
I really need to get those files up and running, I was in the midst of learning some tutorials! Thx ; r )
