N.E.D player Keeps crashing

Ive delete com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist file and other N.E.D files but for two day this player is giving me novice activity I come to macProVideo.com to help me step my game up not put me behind in my goals. When I click on a tutorial the program crash, and I've sent reports and support dialog already, at least make my video available for me online. THIS SERVICE SUCKS email, email, email-post, post, post. Please Help your costumers Fast!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with NED 3 under Lion.

I've just checked your Support enquiries... and it appears you sent 4 tickets in total (3 were duplicates). Christian responded to 2 of your tickets and it looks like you haven't yet replied to him?

It would be great if you could let him know the situation directly so he can troubleshoot the issue directly with you and find a solution.

In the meantime, all your purchased download videos are available for you to stream online in NEDweb.

Please visit this site, log-in and click on the "Watch Tutorials" button (top right).

Navigate to one of your purchased tutorials and you'll be able to view it online in the player.

This isn't ideal - but hopefully will mean you can still learn from the tutorials until the situation is resolved.

Thanks for replying Rounik, I have a lot work to do from now till spring 2012 and I want to get this adjusting to the new Final Cut Pro out the way. I never receive any response from Christian, it might be on my end is there a forum or email link that I need to log into?

Christian definitely replied to you by email. I was reading them ;-)

It might be that correspondence from macProVideo Support has ended up in your Junk/Bulk/spam folder? Make sure that all correspondence from macProVideo.com is in your email's 'safe list'.
