N.E.D. will not update logic 204 per Martins Oct. 6th email.

I tried to toggle to off and then to on again in my Admin. Window for N.E.D. and found this function not to work for (logic 204, GarageBand 101, Mac OS X 101, iDVD 101 and iMovie 101) I did this because logic 204 would not update. I went to the N.E.D.s help tutorials and deleted them as it suggested, and now when I click update to reload them I do not get them back as it said I should. I guess this is to reset them if they have problems. However I do still see them listed in My Account Tutorials window along with the rest that are ok on MacProVideo.com web site. Now I have lost 5 of my tutorials! I am out of Ideas? Help! MacPro dual 3Ghz intel. Mac OS 10.4.10 N.E.D. 1.1

I have Logic 205 listed in my account but the tutorials page doesn't download a Logic 205 update. (Same problem as user above except I have 205 problem rather than 204).

Maybe you have "vintage downloads" instead of the new "NED downloads" in your account. If it's the case, contact support to convert your tutorials to NED downloads and it will update : http://www.macprovideo.com/support/

Hi Christian, you are right, again! My 5 are the vintage type. I got them to down load manually from the site here in my account.

Hi JJ... Even if you download it again from the website, I'm not sure that will work. You'll probably download the old version of the tutorials. If you contact support, the "vintage downloads" will be changed to "NED download' in your account.http://www.macprovideo.com/account/forum
