Hello. I just purchased your Dreamweaver tutorial and was very excited to use it this morning.

However, I simply cannot play the tutorial. I receive an invalid tutorial definition file every time! I have deleted the "My Tutorials.xml" file and then run an update multiple times.

This is a new install of NED.

How can I use the product I purchased? This is very disappointing.

Rounik:

I did confirm that all of the components are installed: Latest quicktime and .Net 2.0.

Ned installed without error. I tried the additional reinstallation step as well.

Ned launches fine, but when I try to play any tutorial I get the invalid tutorial definition file.

This is a new installation of your product. Why doesn't the NED player simply work?

Hello Ira,

Please do contact our Support team directly:

Deleting the .xml file should work. If it's not I'd suggest deleting the .xml file and then the tutorial file too and try re-downloading using NED.

It should work fine, but I can't give any more specific advice as I don't have a Windows Machine to hand.

Thanks for your patience.
Rounik
