Hi, i have purchased a few video from your website to play in your player which has worked fine up until recently. Now when i try to play a video on my laptop or PC (i have it installed on both) i keep getting messages like "Net framework error" "this program needs Quicktime version 7 or above to work" and "invalid signature" . My PC and laptop are fully up to date with latest versions of net framework and quicktime. Basically, i get different messages all the time and i'm unable to watch any of the video's i have paid for. It also says "contact support" sometimes, which i have already done but have had no reply yet so i thought i would try this route to see if i can get a response.Is this a common problem or am i the only one.Please Advise
